What I did
- Rebuilt the site in WordPress: home, about, services, journal, careers, contact and project pages.
- Wrote Python scripts to collect each project’s photo gallery from the old site, then uploaded and organized them into project stories.
- Built a careers page with a resume upload form and an auto-responder.
- Ran sitewide image and link checks, then handled ongoing updates after launch.
Outcome
The whole project portfolio moved over without hand-downloading every photo, on a CMS the team can edit.
