Landing page production at agency scale
Dozens of landing pages for legal, dental and home-services clients, shipped under one QA process.
- Stack
- WordPress · Webflow · Tailwind CSS · GenerateBlocks · HubSpot · Screaming Frog · PageSpeed Insights
What I did
- Built and rebuilt 40+ landing pages in WordPress (GenerateBlocks, Tailwind, Avada, Elementor) and Webflow.
- Connected Webflow forms to HubSpot through the native app, and built a HubSpot workflow to filter spam.
- Ran performance and Core Web Vitals work across dozens of client sites.
- Technical SEO: removed test and no-index pages leaking into sitemaps, fixed 404s, set up redirects, and added FAQ, Review and Product schema and video sitemaps.
- Visual and Screaming Frog audits, plus email templates in Mailchimp and Mailjet and 150+ social graphics.
The QA checklist
Every page went through 17 checks before launch: design proof, a test page, copy, featured image, speed, mobile display and PageSpeed, SEO, real contact details, form tests, links and buttons, no placeholder text, FAQ and review schema, matching reviews, typos in titles, a real-phone check, the mobile menu, then launch. The Lab has an interactive version.
Outcome
A repeatable way to ship many pages for many clients without quality depending on who built them.
